Indication: Thyroid hormone replacement therapy in conditions of inadequate thyroid hormone production in dogs and cats. Dosage : Dogs. Initially 0.02 mg/kg twice daily. Dosage can then be adjusted by monitoring thyroid hormone blood levels. Once clinical improvement is seen, many dogs require only once daily dosing. Cats. 0.05 to 0.2 mg once daily.
