By making the rod light whilst maintaining the stiffness it allows you to fully customise your setup by putting the weight where you want it. The dampening system in the Arctec pro-XXL is unique in that it allows you to add or remove parts of the dampener to adjust the setup of your bow. The dampener pins can be set in a line, a triangle or a square, the more pins you add the harder the dampener behaves which allows for extremely precise fine-tuning of the balance of the bow.
