LM3886X2 POWER AMP technical specifications:
1. Audio signal input: Dual channel audio signal input;
2. Audio output: Dual channel 68W+68W audio output;
3. Circuit principle: Two LM3886 amplification outputs;
4. Working voltage: DC+-20V --+-35V;
5. Input impedance: 22K OHM Output impedance: 2-8 OHM
6. PCB specification: FR4 50X100X1.6MM
Circuit principle introduction: Dual channel LM3886 amplification design, symmetrical design of left and right channels, one point grounding, no current sound, no noise, output dual 68W Compared to the official circuit, some improvements have been made.
1. Install a small 100P capacitor between pins 9 and 10. This approach has two benefits: firstly, it can form a low-pass with R1, filtering out unnecessary residual ultra-high frequencies, making the sound smoother, and also reducing the burden on the amplifier. Secondly, as mentioned above, it can eliminate circuit self-excitation.
2. Connect a 100NF thin film capacitor in parallel to the feedback capacitor for more transparent sound.
3. Use Bell networks and output inductors to prevent high-frequency self-excitation and compensate for the output.
The above modifications, compared to many castration circuits, with a good power supply, can basically achieve over 98% performance of 3886. The voltage feedback is negative, and the performance is stable. By replacing different feedback capacitors, different tones can be modulated, which is very suitable for grinding machines.
