Dev board STM32F401CCU6 menggunakan chip STM32F401CCU6, dengan 256KB ROM, 64KB SRAM dan clock 84MHz. Ada space di board untuk SOIC flash memory. Solder SPI flash memory tambahan untuk data storage atau file external.

Board ini menggunakan Type-C connector dan 3.3V 100mA LDO regulator. Ada juga diode untuk proteksi dari power backflow.
