Contrary to most 4D Silk Fiber Lash Mascaras, the Secret Xpress Control only comes with one mascara tube. This was why I wondered how I would use it as a dry fiber mascara since there is only one tube attached to it. I ended up just applying it like a regular mascara.
While it was certainly able to add volume to the lashes, it was not able to add length to the lashes. It was disappointing, to say the least. However, the mascara is relatively cheap, even for a regular mascara.
