Granarolo Italian Burrata Frozen

Burrata is named from its ingredients and its making process: a mix of mozzarella and cream that form a buttery and rich creamy cheese. This cheese has an outside mozzarella shell made of cow #39;s milk, while inside contain a soft mixture of mozzarella scraps and fresh cream that gives to it a unique pulpy texture. Thaw the frozen burrata in the chilled section of the fridge 1 day before using.
