-Remove from backing film and apply.
-8 Hours for each time, 5 times per week for a process.
Warnings
Do not use:
wounds or damaged skin.
you are allergic to aspirin or salicylates.
a heating pad.
sweating (such as from exercise or heat)

persists for more than 5 days.
