Incense Sticks Tambahkan 2-3 drops sebelum dinyalakan 3. Meditasi Teteskan 4 – 10 drops essential oil dalam mini humidifier 4. Perfume Teteskan 1 atau 2 drops essential oil langsung di kulit,( campur dengan carrier oil ) 5. Lilin Aromatherapy / Candles Tambahkan 2-3 drops ke dalam cairan lilin 6.
