MQ-4 Methane & Natural Gas Sensor Module

METHANE SENSOR is a gas sensor module based on the MQ-4 sensor, which is a sensor capable of detecting levels of methane gas and natural gas found in air. This module is equipped with several supporting components such as pull-up resistors, indicator LEDs and jumpers which are intended to facilitate the process of its use. This module is suitable for use in the detection and prevention of gas leaks in household and industrial environments. Specifications: Working voltage : 5 VDC. Target gases: methane (CH4) and natural gas. Detection range: 200 - 10000 ppm. Interface : UART TTL, I2C. Using a 10-bit ADC for analog data conversion from sensors. Has output in the form of digital data with a value of 0 - 1023 (ADC conversion result). There is 1 variable resistor for setting the threshold value manually. Several jumpers are provided for I2C pull-up configuration, load resistors, and variable resistor threshold. It has an on/off control feature with 2 working modes to choose from, namely hysteresis and window. I/O pins compatible with TTL and CMOS voltage levels. Has 2 LEDs as indicators.
