STEP 1 | CLEANSER

An ultra-gentle, irritation-reducing, fragrance-free liquid Cleanser that produces and ultra-thick lather (even better than before).
- Yes, it works at removing foundation, BB/CC cream, powder, blush, and bronzer.

Directions:
- Gently splash your face and neck with warm water from your sink. Or in the shower, allow a gentle stream of warm water from your showerhead to gently splash across your face.
- Dispense 1 pump (2mL) of Acne.org Cleanser into your palm and work it into a generous lather with your hands.
- Gently wash problem areas with your bare hands for 10 seconds or less.
- Gently splash your face and neck with warm water until the Cleanser is rinsed away.
- Using a soft, absorbent towel, gently pat your skin dry, barely touching your face with the towel. Allow any remaining moisture to evaporate on its own. Do not rub or scrub.

STEP 2 | TREATMENT
- Preventing the initial clogged pore
- Killing acne bacteria

Directions:
- Dispense the recommended amount (see dosage chart above) of Acne.org Treatment (Benzoyl Peroxide – 2.5%) and spread it on your face very gently with your fingers. Carefully avoid the delicate area around the eyes. Do not rub. Just allow your fingers to glide over your skin, spreading it around and letting it absorb on its own. Applying this way may take a minute or two. After it is applied, you will leave it on. You will not wash it off.

STEP 3 | MOISTURIZER
A powerfully calming, intensely hydrating, completely non-comedogenic Moisturizer that goes on clear and absorbs quickly.

Directions:
- Dispense 2 pumps (4mL) of Acne.org Moisturizer. When in doubt, use more.
- If you have oily skin and 2 pumps (4mL) of Acne.org Moisturizer will not absorb all at once, try applying only 1 pump (2mL), wait for it to dry, and then apply the second pump. Extremely oily skin may only require 1 pump (2mL) of Acne.org Moisturizer.
- Apply Acne.org Moisturizer very gently with your fingers much like you applied the Benzoyl Peroxide. Avoid the delicate eye area because the Moisturizer can pick up the underlying Benzoyl Peroxide. Do not rub. Allow your fingers to gently glide over the skin. This may take a minute or two.

AHA+
- For the face (and front of the neck): Perform The Regimen for 1 month before you add in Acne.org AHA+ to be sure you have given your skin enough time to become accustomed to Acne.org Treatment (Benzoyl Peroxide – 2.5%). If you use it sooner than this it may sting very badly. Give it a month. When you are ready to use it, you can use it in 1 of 2 ways:

1) Use Acne.org AHA+ in place of Acne.org Moisturizer every other evening. DO NOT use it every day at full strength.
2) Dispense 1/2 Acne.org AHA+ and 1/2 Acne.org Moisturizer into your palm, mix, and apply every evening.

For the body and back of the neck: Acne.org AHA+ works alongside Acne.org Treatment to completely clear body acne and acne on the back of the neck.

- As a spot treatment: If you see a zit forming, try to catch it early. Apply Acne.org Treatment (Benzoyl Peroxide – 2.5%) and allow it to dry, then apply Acne.org AHA+, twice a day. This can stop the zit from developing.

JOJOBA OIL
Jojoba oil does not clog pores. Quite the contrary, since it may help keep the skin barrier in good working order, this can potentially help with acne.

Extra-light lip balm: Put 2 drops or so on your finger and then apply it to your lips. Quite nice, especially before bed.

Makeup remover: Jojoba oil removes all types of makeup easily.

Massage oil: Jojoba oil is known as one of the world’s best massage oils, and it is. If you are prone to body breakouts, always take some jojoba oil with you and ask your masseuse/masseur to use it instead of their usual massage oil.

Baby care: Jojoba oil is exceedingly gentle and inert and can be used on both adult and baby.
