Operating Instructions
- Lock/Unlock: Locking out the flashlight when not in use is highly recommended. From OFF status, just long press 5 seconds to LOCK OUT. The flashlight will then blink two times to indicate that it has been LOCKED. To UNLOCK, long press 5 seconds again, flashlight will turn on last used brightness level in general mode to indicate it has been unlocked.
- General Mode: From OFF status, simply press and hold down to low level. Press and hold down to cycle through the different levels: Low > Medium > High > back to Low. From any of these levels, click once to turn OFF and store that last level into level memory.
- Moonlight Mode: From OFF status, long press 1.5 seconds to Moonlight mode. Press and hold down to cycle through the different moonlight levels: Mo1 > Mo2 > Mo3 > back to Mo1. from different moonlight levels, click once to turn OFF and store that last moonlight level into moonlight level memory.
- Turbo: From OFF or from other levels, double click to turn on Turbo. If a single click after this turns the flashlight OFF or if double-click again or long press after this turns to turn on the level of general mode last used or if triple click (click 3 times fast) after this turns to special mode.
- Special Mode: From OFF or from other levels, triple click (click 3 times fast) to turn on Strobe. Press and hold down to cycle through different levels: Strobe > Beacon > SOS back to Strobe. From any of these levels, click once to turn OFF.

Tip1: E03H III have memory function
Tip2: E03H III have low voltage protection (LVP) function. When the battery is low, it will stepdown to ultra-low level and keep its brightness in a certain time and then turn off automatically when the battery is out of power. so after step downing to ultra-low brightness, it is time for you to recharge your battery.
