Attach the myTREK to your forearm, and it will communicate wirelessly with your device. You'll be able to benefit from real-time monitoring of your pulse, which is very useful no matter what kind of exercise you're doing. A small, medium and large-sized armband is included to provide a comfortable fit for all sizes of arms.

Once it's on, you can get started. Based on your health information, each workout zone is represented in a different color.
