PARA adopts an ultra-large 100mm-diameter diaphragm incorporating Full Drive Technology (FDT). The entire vibrating surface of the diaphragm is evenly covered with effective driving circuits and enclosed in a magnetic field. This technology results in low-split vibration far superior to traditional planar magnetic headphones and comparable to that of electrostatics.

Ineffective circuits exist in the vibration area, and only the central part of the diaphragm is driven. The resulting divided vibration causes blurring of treble details and distortion of timbre.

The vibrating part of the diaphragm is placed in a uniform planar magnetic field, and effective drive circuits extend over the entire area of the vibrating surface. This exerts a uniform full-surface driving force comparable to that of electrostatic headphones, eliminating split vibrations and delivering a treble performance far superior to that of traditional planar magnetic headphones.

In order to greatly improve driveability, and to ensure that PARA can deliver a superior laid-back natural timbre when powered by standard amplifiers, a new type of high-damping flexible composite material was selected after multiple experiments with a variety of materials. PARA also features redesigned etching of highly elastic pure silver circuits based on a two-dimensional topological
structure, greatly eliminating the influence of pure silver circuits on the surface tension of the diaphragm, and further reducing split vibration and improving diaphragm compliance.
