This instrument is a split-type measuring instrument, which can measure the hardness of ordinary metal materials quickly, non-destructively and with high precision. It can be used in both laboratory and engineering site. Through the setting of instrument measurement conditions, various measurement needs can be met. It is widely used in mold, heat treatment, machining, pressure vessel, auto parts, aerospace and other industries, as well as universities, research institutes, technical supervision, special inspection institutes, etc. It is an essential instrument material for non-destructive hardness testing.
Features :
1. The hardness value of the whole system is displayed, and 7 hardness systems (HL, HV, HRA, HRC, HRB, HB, HS) are displayed directly when the machine is turned on.
2. It can store up to 100 sets of hardness measurement data (impact times 32~1). Each set of data includes single measurement value, average value, impact direction, times, material, hardness system, test time and other information.
3. The instrument is compact, portable, and highly reliable, suitable for harsh operating environments, and resistant to vibration, shock, and electromagnetic interference;
4. One host can be equipped with many different impact devices, and the type of impact device can be automatically identified.
5. USB can be connected to host computer software for data analysis (optional).
6. It can be paired with a printer to print and archive the measurement data.
