At our bakery, we take pride in baking authentic, soft Brezeln that taste just like they're from a German bakery. These Bavarian pretzels are a very popular snack in Germany and are perfect for your next Oktoberfest party. When you bite into one of our pretzels, you'll experience the true taste of Germany.
They taste delicious dipped in a cheese sauce, as a side dish to soup or Weißwürste, or just as a little snack – and best of all, they are kid-approved!
To give them their deep, nice colour and soft inside, we dip these pretzels in a lye bath before adding raw sea salt and egg wash and baking them.

Each roll is brushed with egg whites just before baking, creating a wonderfully crisp and crackling crust that is simply irresistible.
