MASTERCHEF heavy duty radiant gas countertop char broilers are designed for use with either natural gas or LP gas. Constructed of stainless steel front and sides that are fully welded, these units are able to stand the toughest of kitchen environments. Each burner puts out 20,000 BTU/hour with one cast iron burner for every 15cm of grate width. Units come standard with 10~12cm adjustable legs, separate gas valves for each burner with standing pilot lights and a ¾” rear NPT gas inlet. Every specification and single unit is build to American ETL standard. This series is available in 14” and 24” sizes.
