Our assesment combining three variants coffees with different origin, varieties, and processing to balancing those flavor profile and maintaining into full bodied coffee with syrupy mouthfeel which is good pairing for milk.

Some Sumatera Kerinci (Wet-Hulled)
Notes in Espresso :
Full Body, Chocolaty, Citrus, hints of Herb.
Medium to high Caramel sweetness, Medium Acidity of Citric Acid.
Notes in Milk:
Sweet Dark Chocolate, Praline, Peanut Butter finish.
Golden Recipe By Barista Restu Sadam Hasan to be enjoyable in milk is 20 grams IN and 34 grams OUT for 30-35 seconds on VST basket and espresso machine temperature set at 93' Celcius.
