There are thousands of powder types. According to our factory's many years of experience, most of the raw materials are suitable for tabletting, or after simple processing, they are suitable for tabletting. Some raw materials are not suitable for tabletting.

Please refer to the following elements or consult customer service whether it is suitable for tabletting, please read it carefully, so as not to cause your loss due to withdrawal due to raw material problems.

Suitable for tablet material requirements:

1. Dry powder: The raw material must be dry powder and the moisture content must be controlled within 5%.

2. Fluidity: The raw material needs to have good fluidity (ideally the particle size of the tablet material is preferably between 20 and 60 mesh, and a small amount of fine powder is better). If the raw material fluidity is not good, it can be solved by making particles.

3. Adhesiveness: Tackiness means that the powder can form agglomerates or the powder can stick together by external forces. For non-sticky raw materials, it may be necessary to increase the binder to improve (such as maltodextrin, starch, sugar, microcrystalline cellulose, etc.)

4. Does not contain a large amount of oil: Raw materials containing a large amount of oil are difficult to form, so the material must not contain too much oil. If you are not sure whether your raw materials are suitable for tabletting, you can send us the raw materials and we will help you test the machine.
