PLEASE READ ATTACHED STORE POLICY BEFORE ORDERING. This listing is for 1 pack (300 gr) of fresh Egg Lasagna sheets from @animalerestaurant. Fresh sheets about 200mm x 100mm in size, made with eggs and semolina flour. This will change your perception about packaged pasta. We use only natural ingredients in our products, no additives nor preservatives and we produce them daily. Unlike those synthetic ones from your grocery store, our pastas are best when consumed immediately or maximum within 1 week. Since we do not pack our pastas with Nitrogen, black spots might show on egg pastas after a few days of storing. This is due to oxidation from the iron of egg yolks. This is completely safe, and YES we do use REAL eggs, NOT eggyellow E-!02 / E-110! #DITCHYOURBOXEDPASTA Separate the sheets before assembly, and use plenty of boiling water that has been previously salted (1 teaspoon per 2 liter of water). Boil it a little at a time not to overcrowd the water. REMEMBER that these are fresh pasta, and you will need to bake the lasagna again. so they do not take long at all to cook, around 50 seconds. Drain quickly into a paper towel, then assemble your lasagna. This particular Item will be packed with ice pack to help maintain safe temperatures.
