At 3%, Pluvialis algae has the highest bioavailable amount of astaxanthin.1 Studies have shown that natural astaxanthin is 550 times more powerful as an antioxidant than vitamin E, 6,000 times more powerful than vitamin C, 800 times more powerful than Coenzyme Q102-5 and 20 times more potent than synthetic astaxanthin.
