Grown in a hot, dry climate on the slope of mount Sindoro, these coffee beans produce high yields of coffee cherries, all with a bright shade of yellow (instead of the conventional red color) when ripe. Enriched by the nutrient-rich, volcanic soil, Yellow Caturra produces a full-bodied cup that offers a smooth, gentle flavor and spicy undertones such as cinnamon and allspice.
