Apply once a day for 30 minutes. You'll start seeing a whiter smile after three days, with full results in 14.

Wipe Out Your Dull Yellow Teeth In 3 Steps:
1. PEEL
- Peel Crest 3D White Whitestrips from backing linear
2. STRETCH AND APPLY
- Apply the lower strip first
- Using a mirror, apply gel side of strip on front teeth
- Align straight edge of strip with gum-line. Press gently with finger pads for 2-3 seconds onto front side of teeth
- Fold over teeth. Press gently with finger pads for 2-3 seconds onto back side of teeth
3. REVEAL YOUR WHITER SMILE
- Wear Crest 3D White Whitestrips for 30 mins, remove and discard

Additional Usage Information:
1. Not to brush your tooth before applying strips. Brush your tooth or rinse your mouth after tearing down the strips

3. Do not eat, smoke, sleep or drink (with the exception of water) during use.
4. Crest 3D Whitestrips will only whiten natural teeth. The strips will not whiten caps, crowns, veneers, fillings or dentures and so on
