The VAC Mini features a modern, eye-catching design, with a transparent body that shows off the pens inner workings. About one inch shorter than the Diamond 580, the VAC Mini is conveniently pocket sized, with a cap that can be screwed onto the back end of the barrel when the pen being used. Its faceted barrel catches light and makes your ink shine, and it also helps keep the pen from rolling away.
Simply pull up, push down and your ink is filled, ready to go.Vacuum filler type fountain pen.Also designed with a ink shut off valve for easy carry and no mess on airplanes.
Cap can post onto back of the pen even with the valve open.
In keeping with their philosophy of promoting the traditional experience of using a fountain pen, TWSBI has designed this pen to be completely self-serviceable. It comes with a wrench and a vial of silicone grease you can use for at-home maintenance.
