Stop stretching the m*lk after around 5 seconds and once the jug is warm. - Stop steaming once the jug is too hot to touch. - Make sure you have reached optimal foam before the m*lk gets too hot, otherwise your m*lk will be bubbly and burnt. Using a French Press/Plunger: - Heat up your m*lk on the stove or in the microwave to your preferred temperature. - Pour heated m*lk into your plunger. - Plunge up and down repeatedly until you see the m*lk is foamed.
