Install and use
1. Installation: Connect the inlet and outlet air pipes, insert the sensor and power plug, and connect to the power supply.
2. Smartness adjustment: Turn on the power switch and the power indicator light will be on. When there is no obstruction between the transmitter tube and the receiver tube in the sensor, press and hold the sensitivity adjustment button for 2 or 3 seconds, and one of the following 3 situations will occur. If the buzzer beeps twice, the calibration is successful , The adjustment indicator lights up. If you hear the buzzer beep once, the sensitivity is too low, but the adjustment is successful, and the adjustment indicator is on, but it is best to clean the sensor probe before re-adjustment. If the buzzer beeps 6 times, the calibration has failed. Clean the sensor probe and then readjust it. If it still fails to detect, it means that the detection rack is broken.
3. Throttle valve adjustment. Generally speaking, for small-size membranes or normal production, the throttle valve should be adjusted smaller to reduce the fluctuation of the membrane size before and after inflation and improve the control accuracy. When making large-size films or pulling films, the throttle valve should be adjusted larger so that the bubble can be quickly filled to the set size to reduce waste. Whether the throttle valve is adjusted properly can be judged by measuring the size of the membrane before and after inflation. Under normal circumstances, if the difference between the two is more than 1 cm, the throttle valve should be adjusted.
4. When producing small-sized films below 10 cm, the throttle valve should be close to shutting down, otherwise, the film size will have great fluctuations, that is, one section is large and one section is small. In order to prevent this phenomenon, when pulling the film, you can slightly open the throttle valve and press the inflation button; when the blown film bubble passes the chevron splint, release the inflation button and close the throttle valve. Very small. After a while, the film size will return to the set size.
