The seeds can germinate at 4 ℃. The optimum temperature for germination was 18-22 ℃, and it hardly germinated when it was higher than 30 ℃. According to the growth morphology of leaves, it can be divided into head lettuce, wrinkled leaf lettuce and erect lettuce.
